Further to the disclosures dated 20th July, 2024 made by the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gravita India has informed that Voluntary dissolution of Gravita Ghana, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company situated in Republic of Ghana has been completed. This Wholly Owned Subsidiary was not having any business activity therefore it will not have any material financial impact on the books of the company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
