The aforesaid newspaper advertisement was made in compliance with relevant General Circulars issued by MCA, that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the company will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 03.30 pm IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means to transact the businesses that will be set forth in the Notice of the EGM. A copy of the newspaper advertisement is enclosed. This intimation will also be available on the website of the Bank www.ujjivansfb.in.
