MPF Systems has informed that the company has received the order from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal stating closure of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. Accordingly, there is no Interlocutory Application pending in the petition of the ongoing CIRP and the closure report as well as consummation certificate were submitted to the Tribunal. Resultantly, C.P. (IB)/242(MB)2023 is closed in the aforesaid terms of the orders.
