Bhagyanagar India has acquired 51% stake in Crescentia Technology and now Crescentia Technology has become the subsidiary of the Company. The objective of acquisition is to carry on the business of trading, distributing, supplying generating, transmitting and manufacture of solar energy related products; and to execute various solar projects.
Bhagyanagar India is engaged in the manufacture of copper rods, copper foils, copper pipes, copper sheets, annealed bare copper strips, paper insulated copper conductors and insulated copper coils (field coils).
