With reference to letter dated 31st January, 2025 informing the receipt of directions from Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board (MSPCB) for closure of operations of the company’s unit located at Byrnihat, Meghalaya for alleged non- compliances of the applicable pollution control norms until further orders from MSPCB, Shyam Century Ferrous has informed that the MSPCB vide its letter No. MPCB/TB-22/Vo-II/2024/2024-25/125 dated 11th March, 2025 today, has revoked the closure notice with immediate effect. Accordingly, the plant will resume its operation shortly. This disclosure, being material, is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
