Bhagyanagar India has acquired 51% stake in M/s Surana Electrix. Post this transaction, M/s. Surana Electrix has become the subsidiary of the company. The M/s. Surana Electrix has been acquired to carry on the business of trading, distributing, supplying generating, transmitting and manufacture of solar energy related products and execute various solar projects.
Bhagyanagar India is engaged in the manufacture of copper rods, copper foils, copper pipes, copper sheets, annealed bare copper strips, paper insulated copper conductors and insulated copper coils (field coils).
