Nitco has completed the sale of its Wind Energy Business to Siva Green Energy India. Both the parties have executed the Wind Energy Business Transfer Agreement on March 12, 2025.
Earlier, the company’s board had approved the sale of its Wind Energy Business in their meeting held on February 12, 2025.
Nitco is engaged in the manufacture of ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, mosaico, marble, cement terrazzo tiles and cement.
