Suraj Industries (SIL) has executed Manufacturing Agreement with its material subsidiary -- M/s Carya Chemicals and Fertilizers (CCFPL) on March 17, 2025. Under the agreement, CCFPL shall provide manufacturing and bottling services for the production of Country Liquor and Rajasthan Made Liquor in the brands of SIL in its upcoming Bottling Plant at Rajasthan. The SIL shall pay CCFPL bottling Charges of Rs 30 (Rupees Thirty Only) per case of Country Liquor / Rajasthan made Liquor for all the packs (exclusive of applicable taxes). The one-year agreement will take effect from April 01, 2025. The arrangement will offer SIL to cater the markets near to CCFPL and minimize the freight cost.
Suraj Industries is an edible oil manufacturing company. It also provides liquor products under the brand name Old Monk Rum.
