Jost’s Engineering Company’s board has approved the joint development of land situated at C?7 Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane by construction of IT/ITeS Building with any builder/developer as may be identified, on Area sharing basis and/or Revenue Sharing basis, as may be mutually agreed between the company and Developer, in the best interest of the company and to deal with built-up area delivered to the company, if any, under the aforesaid development arrangement, in future, by way of pledge, sale, lease or otherwise.
Jost’s Engineering Company operates in three divisions, including material handling division, industrial finishing division and engineered products division.
