Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Aelea Commodities has informed that Rekha Kamal Rathi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company vide her letter dated 20th March, 2025 and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 31st March, 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 are provided in Annexure A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Rekha Kamal Rathi that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter which is annexed as Annexure B.
