Sunteck Realty has informed that the Company had obtained Credit Rating from India Ratings & Research (Fitch) and CARE Ratings. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has informed that CARE Ratings, upon voluntary request made by the Company, vide its press release dated 21st March, 2025, has withdrawn its credit ratings assigned to the Company. The Company voluntarily requested for such withdrawal and is in compliance with CARE Ratings withdrawal policy. A copy of the Press Release of the rating is available on the website of CARE Ratings. The Company continues to be rated by India Ratings & Research.
