Mini Diamonds India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, for considering and evaluating the proposal of fund raising, therefore, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from March 22, 2025, till the expiry of Forty-Eight (48) hours from the conclusion of the meeting.
