RDB Rasayans has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Regulations, from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.
