Krishna Ventures has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from April 01, 2025 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results to the public for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
