Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company ('the Code'), PCBL Chemical has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons as defined under the Code, shall be closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2025. During this period, 'Designated Persons' and their relatives are not permitted to trade in PCBL’s securities.
