Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A, Clause 1 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vishal Fabrics has informed that the company has acquired 1,73,825 Equity Shares of Chiripal Textile Mills at price of Rs. 201 as per valuation report, amounting of Rs. 3,49,38,825 on dated 24th March, 2025 from various shareholders of Chiripal Textile Mills. Currently the company, holds 37.72% Equity Share Capital of Chiripal Textile Mills and Chiripal Textile Mills is already an ‘Associate Company’ of the Company with effect from 30th March, 2024. Pursuant to this transfer, the company post transfer holds 42.36% of Equity Share Capital of Chiripal Textile Mills.
