HMT has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the shares of the Company by all insiders including Designated Persons of the Company and their inmediate relatives, shall be closed from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025. Hence, all insiders including Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives being intimated not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
