All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, will be intimated separately.
