Addi Industries has informed that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours of the declaration of audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the last Quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025 (both days inclusive). The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results will be intimated in due course.
