Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct of Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, Asian Hotels (North) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed effective April 01, 2025, on account of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025; and continue to remain closed till forty eight hours post declaration of the said financial results. The aforesaid intimation of closure of Trading Window was also notified to all Designated Persons through e-mail dated March 26, 2025, a copy of which is enclosed for ready reference.
