Sterling Powergensys has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, as defined in the Regulations and Code of Conduct with effect from Tuesday, 01st April, 2025 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration or announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2025. All Designated Persons are directed to not trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window and the Company has already communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with Company’s Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The date of Board Meeting, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025 shall be communicated in due course of time.
