As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘the code’), Narmada Gelatines has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for the Insiders (Directors / Employees/ designated and other connected person) covered under the said code of the company with effect from 1st April, 2025. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 are communicated to stock exchange and become generally available information.
