Maris Spinners’ board has approved the proposal to enter into Power Purchase Agreement with Neogreen Power Bangalore for purchase of solar power for Unit 1 of the company at Kattemalalavadi Village, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District.
In addition, the board has also approved the proposed investment of up to Rs 81 lakh in the equity shares of Neogreen Power.
Maris Spinners is engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of 100% Cotton Yarn.
