In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’, adopted under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, VST Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 to the public. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve, the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
