Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of Listing Regulations, Asian Hotels (West) has informed that it attached copies of newspaper advertisement regarding intimation of transfer of unpaid dividend and corresponding shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund Account (IEPF) pertaining to the FY 2015-16 and 2016-17 as the procedural compliance. The same could not be transferred on its due date because of the management deadlock and subsequent admission in Corporate Resolution Insolvency Proceedings (CIRP). The Company now has given an advance notice to all shareholders for claiming their unpaid dividend on or before 26.06.2025. Notice is published in two newspapers - Business Standard (English) and Business Standard (Hindi) on 28th March, 2025.
