Jyoti CNC Automation has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company (Standalone) and Subsidiaries (Consolidated) for the quarter/ year ending on March 31, 2025 subject to their approval by the Board of Directors of the Company.
