In furtherance to its intimation dated 07th March 2025 and 28th March 2025, G R Infraprojects has informed that after receipt of consideration from Indus Infra InvIT, a wholly owned subsidiary namely GR Galgalia Bahadurganj Highway (‘GGBHPL’) has been successfully transferred to Indus Infra InvIT on 28th March 2025. Hence, with effect from the aforesaid date, GGBHPL would cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. GR Galgalia Bahadurganj Highway was not a material subsidiary of the Company. Details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are furnished in ‘Annexure?I’ enclosed.
