Appointment of Ishani Ray as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to approval of the members by way of postal ballot/ e-voting. The Company confirms that Ms. Ishani Ray is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. 2. Re-constitution of Board Committees with effect from 31st March, 2025 is enclosed. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, has been provided in Annexure - I.
