With reference to the circulars no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period. In complying with the aforesaid circulars and pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company's Code of Conduct of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, Espire Hospitality has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members or dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the shares of the Company.
