Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof, Jost’s Engineering Company has informed that, today 1st April, 2025, JECL Engineering, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company, has commenced its commercial production of Greenfield Manufacturing facility of Material Handling Equipments at Plot No. L-5, Add. MIDC, Kudawali Village, Murbad, Maharashtra. This Factory has the capacity to produce approximately 2100 Material Handling Equipments yearly.
