Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Axis Bank has informed that it enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice. The remote e-voting will commence on Thursday, April 3, 2025 (9:00 am) and end on Friday, May 2, 2025 (5:00 pm). The result of the postal ballot will be declared within two working days from the conclusion of remote e-voting process i.e. on or before Tuesday, May 6, 2025 and will be communicated to the stock exchanges as required under Listing Regulations and will also be made available on the website of the Bank at www.axisbank.com. The Postal Ballot notice is being sent only by email to those members who have registered their email address with their Depository Participants or KFin Technologies and whose names appear in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as maintained by the National Securities Depository, Central Depository Services (India) and KFin as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, March 21, 2025.
