Thermax has entered into Share Purchase Agreement with Infinite Uptime Inc., USA for sale of stake in Covacsis Technologies (Covacsis). The consideration received from the sale of stake is approximately Rs 10 crore.

Accordingly, Covacsis has ceased to be an Associate Company of Thermax.

Thermax is an engineering company providing sustainable solutions in energy and environment.
