Pursuant to circular no. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019 read with applicability criteria prescribe under the SEBI Circular SEBI/ HD/ DDHS/ CIR/ P/ 2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (LC), Banaras Beads has informed that the Company Banaras Beads does not fall under the applicability criteria as specified in para 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular. Hence, the Company does not classify as a 'Large Corporate' under the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
