Getalong Enterprise has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 05, 2025, has transacted the following: Allotment of Equity shares - As per provision of chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and Section 62 and 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant rules framed there under, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today April 05, 2025 at the registered office of the Company approved the Allotment of 11,60,000 Equity Shares at a Price of Rs 25 each, face value of Re 1 each of the Company, upon receipt of full subscription amount as prescribed under Regulation 169 of SEBI ICDR Regulation. The list of Equity allottees is enclosed in Annexure I. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.00 pm and concluded at 12.30 pm.
