Ashiana Housing has entered into an agreement with Caroa Properties LLP to acquire a land parcel admeasuring 7 acres at Panvel, District Raigad (Maharashtra) for development of a ‘Senior Living’ project thereon with saleable area potential of around 7 lakhs sq. ft.
Earlier, the company had achieved booking of 293 units, comprising of approximately 3.94 lakh square feet area with sale value of Rs 173.39 crore, of the project ‘Ashiana Nitara’.
