On the basis of certificate received from the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, confirmed that: The Securities received for dematerialization has been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of depository has been substituted in RTA’s/its records as the registered owners within 15 days of receipt of security; and the Securities which were dematerialized are listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities were listed.
