International Conveyors has acquired 84620 equity shares of TD Power Systems for investment purpose. The cost of acquisition is Rs 3 crore. TD Power Systems manufactures generators & motors, catering to multiple industries with reliable & efficient power solutions.
Earlier, the company had acquired 187925 equity shares of CCL Products (India) for investment purpose.
