PDS has entered into a Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement (SSPA) with Mynd Integrated Solutions’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Aapt Outsourcing Solutions for the divestment of its entire stake in Digital Ecom Techno (Digital Ecom), an associate of the company. Following the completion of the share transfer, Digital Ecom will no longer be considered an associate of the company.
