Ashiana Housing has reported 33.37% decline in value of area sold to Rs 574.73 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 862.54 crore a year ago. In Q3FY25, the value of the area sold stood at Rs 454.16 crore. 597 units were booked in Q4FY25 vis-a-vis 451 units booked in Q3FY25 and 628 units booked in Q4FY24.
For FY25 company sold 26.97 lakh sq. ft. vs. 26.40 lakh sq. ft. for the FY24 (Year-on-Year growth of 2.12%), and for the FY25 sales value of Rs 1,936.75 crore vs. Rs 1,798.22 crore for the FY 24 (Year-on-Year growth of 7.71%).
