With reference to prior intimation dated 07th April 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Jainex Aamcol has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 has been rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons and now it will be held on Thursday 17th April 2025 to consider and approve various fund-raising options for the Company, in the light of the amendment to the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, as the Board may deem appropriate. Details of the proposal shall be intimated in the outcome of the meeting.
