She has also stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee and as Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company with immediate effect. Dr. (Ms.) Tuk Tuk Ghosh Kumar does not hold directorship / board committee position in any other listed entity. The letter of resignation along with detailed reasons for the resignation as given by the said director and information as specified in sub -para 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR Regulations has been enclosed along with this letter.
