RACL Geartech has informed that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 07, 2025 at 04:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to transact the business stated in the Notice convening the said EGM.
In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules, the Company has fixed Wednesday, April 30, 2025 as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the Members to cast their vote through remote e-Voting prior to EGM or through e-Voting during the EGM.
