Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers has informed that the Report under Regulation 10(7) of Takeover Regulations received from Mrs. Bhanu Gopi Makharia, Promoter of the Company pursuant to inter-se transfer of shares by way of gift from Punit Gopikishan Makharia and Mr. Gautam Gopikishan Makharia being her sons and Promoters of the Company. Further, as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-RAC-DCR1/P/CIR/2025/0034 dated 20th March, 2025, this Report under Regulation 10(7) of Takeover Regulations along with the requisite Fees is submitted to SEBI through Email and SEBI SI Portal. Further also in accordance with the earlier guidance issued by BSE and National Stock Exchange of India with regard to Disclosure of Permanent Account Number (‘PAN’) in Announcements, Part B of Regulation 29(1) disclosure received from Mrs. Bhanu Gopi Makharia is separately sent to Exchanges.
