Rollatainers has completed the sale of shares of its Material Subsidiary Company, R T Packaging, upon obtaining approval from its shareholders vide EGM held on April 09, 2025 and the voting results were announced on April 15, 2025 by the Company. Accordingly, the transaction for sale of entire investment in R T Packaging has been completed on April 15, 2025. Consequently, R T Packaging ceased to be the Subsidiary Company.
