Shriram Properties has informed that the Finance and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have, in their meeting today, granted approval for third-party corporate guarantee on behalf of Kinetic Realtors upto Rs. 28.56Crs and reduced the existing corporate guarantee given for Rs. 40Crs (intimation dated September 29, 2023) to Rs. 8 Crs on behalf of them. As a Corporate Guarantee to third party, information as required under Regulation 30 - Para B, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is annexed.
