The Hi-Tech Gears has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed today April 24, 2025, has appointed Vishal Seth (DIN-05136478) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation, on the board of the Company, for a period of five (5) years with effect from April 25, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders.
