No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Schaeffler India has informed that Dharmesh Arora (DIN: 05350121), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Schaeffler India (‘the Company’) has tendered his resignation on April 24, 2025 from the position of directorship of the Company with effect from close of business hours of May 31, 2025, to pursue other career opportunities. There is no material reason for resignation of Dharmesh Arora, other than mentioned above. Further, the applicable disclosure as per SEBI Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 and a copy of the resignation letter of Dharmesh Arora is enclosed as Annexure A.
