With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 dated in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large Corporate and disclosures and compliances thereof, Garware Synthetics has informed that the Company does not fulfil the criteria specified in Para 2.2. Of the abovementioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of ‘Large Corporate’ and cannot be considered as a Large Corporate for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
