M K Proteins has confirmed that the company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ as on March 31, 2025 as per the applicability criteria given under SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (updated with circulars dated April 13, 2022 & October 19, 2023). In view of the above, the framework as provided for the large corporate as per the said SEBI Circular is not applicable to the Company. The company has enclosed Initial Disclosure in the form of Annexure XII-A to that effect.
