Further to communication regarding the proposed Postal Ballot by the Company, Rane (Madras) has enclosed copy of the notice of Postal Ballot dated April 11, 2025 being sent to members today (i.e., April 29, 2025) seeking their approval and pursuant to relaxations issued by MCA, the Postal Ballot notice is being sent to members through electronic means only. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for providing the remote e-voting facility to enable members to cast their votes electronically. Details under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR are enclosed.
